RUSTIC FLAN WITH TURNIP GREENS
- 300g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO turnip greens florets
- 5 black olives
- 1 egg
- 10 g butter
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon Pecorino cheese
- salt and pepper
How to prepare
Beat the egg, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add the finely chopped olives and the previously boiled turnip greens.
Add the breadcrumbs to bind and mix.
Pour into a buttered ovenproof dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 30 minutes.
