PIADINA WITH CHICORY AND STRACCHINO CHEESE
- 200 g flour
- 100 ml water
- 1/2 sachet baking powder
- 400 g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO frozen chicory
- 200 g di stracchino cheese
- extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
How to prepare
Mix the flour, water and baking powder with 1 tablespoon olive oil and a pinch of salt, until the mix is smooth and even.
Leave covered for about half an hour and then divide into 2 balls.
Roll out each one to a thickness of a few millimetres and cook for 2 – 3 minutes on each side in a non-stick frying pan.
Fill immediately with the stracchino cheese and I FRESCHI DI CAMPO chicory, cooked separately, chopped and seasoned with salt and pepper.
