ORECCHIETTE WITH TURNIP GREENS

Ingredients

  • 300g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO turnip greens florets
  • 280 g orecchiette
  • 50 g grated Pecorino cheese
  • 4 tablespoons
  • grated Parmesan
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 anchovy fillets in oil
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare

Gently cook the anchovies in a little oil, the garlic clove and the finely chopped chilli pepper, then add the frozen turnip florets and fry for
several minutes.

Add the orecchiette and cover with water; season with salt and pepper and bring slowly to the boil, adding more water, if needed.

When cooked stir in the grated Parmesan and Pecorino cheese and drizzle with oil.

Serve hot.
