• 1.5 kg I FRESCHI DI CAMPO extra fine green beans
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan
  • breadcrumbs
  • parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare

Cook the beans in boiling salt water and leave to cool.

Finely chop the garlic and parsley, and mix with the breadcrumbs and cheese.

Cube the mozzarella in a baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with a little oil.

Add a layer of beans, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with oil and cover with mozzarella.

Continue until all of the ingredients have been used then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with oil.

Bake in a moderate oven at 180° for 20/30 minutes.
