GNOCCHI WITH RICOTTA AND SPINACH
- 300g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO frozen spinach
- 300g ricotta
- 100g grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
How to prepare
Soften the ricotta and beat it with a wooden spoon.
Add the I FRESCHI DI CAMPO spinach, boiled and chopped, mix in the Parmesan and eggs, season with salt and pepper, add the flour and stir.
Make small gnocchi and cook them in boiling salt water for a few minutes before dressing with melted butter and sage.
