- 600 g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO frozen chard
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- crumbs from two bread rolls
- grated breadcrumbs
- extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
How to prepare
Cook the chard in very little salted water, then drain and chop roughly.
In a bowl, mix the chard, bread crumbs soaked in milk, egg, Parmesan, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper, and mix together.
Form pancakes and roll in the grated breadcrumbs and fry in plenty of olive oil until golden brown.
