BIO extra fine green beans

Delicate and tender. Full of flavour and perfect for a delightful side dish or vegetarian pasta dish. Our frozen BIO extra fine green beans are produced using organic methods and grown with attention to biodiversity and the environment.

Preparation

Cook thoroughly before eating. Pour the frozen contents of half a pack into plenty of boiling salted water. Bring to the boil and leave to cook for 8 minutes or until cooked to taste

BIO Fine Peas

Small, tender and super-sweet. Frozen BIO fine peas are the ideal side dish or a tasty base for a sauce. Grown naturally and without using weed killers, they bring an unmistakable taste to any dish.

Preparation

Frying pan: Pour half a bag of peas into the pan, adding four tablespoons of water, a little oil and a pinch of salt. Cover with a lid and cook over a medium-high flame for 9 minutes or to taste.

Saucepan: Pour the contents of the bag into boiling salted water and cook for 7 minutes from when the water recommences boiling or to taste.

BIO Leaf Spinach in cubes

We layer our spinach, leaf by leaf, to maintain all of its authentic, just-picked flavour. Frozen BIO leaf spinach is made to bring you the same traditional flavour as ever, even using the very latest organic growing techniques.

Preparation

Pour the required amount of product into boiling salted water and cook for around 5-6 minutes from when the water recommences boiling or in any case, until cooked to taste. Drain and season as required.
