TURNIP GREENS WITH ANCHOVIES AND BREADCRUMBS

Ingredients

  • 200 g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO turnip greens (4 cubes)
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs

How to prepare

Cook the turnip greens leaves in boiling salted water, drain and chop.

Heat 2 spoonsful of oil in a large frying pan, and gently fry the garlic; add the anchovy fillets and cook them for a few minutes, breaking them up with a wooden spoon.

Brown the breadcrumbs separately with a little oil until golden.

Drain the turnip greens and add the anchovy fillets.

Sauté the mix for a few minutes, then dust with breadcrumbs and serve.
