FLAKY PASTRY PARCELS WITH CHARD

Ingredients

  • 600 g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO frozen chard
  • 1 pack frozen flaky pastry
  • 100 g cubed bacon
  • 100 g pine nuts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

How to prepare

Gently fry the finely chopped onion and garlic over a low heat in a little oil, add the bacon, pine nuts and the chard, which will have been previously boiled for a few minutes in boiling salty water and then roughly chopped.

Sauté for a few minutes.

Roll out the pastry into rounds about 10 cm in diameter.

Place a small amount of chard mix into the centre of the discs and close to form semicircles, sealing the edges well.

Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
