CHICORY WITH GARLIC AND CHILLI

Ingredients

  • 400 g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO frozen chicory
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 spoonful fresh chilli pepper
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare

Cook the chicory in very little salted water, then drain and chop coarsely.

Gently fry the garlic and chilli pepper, finely chopped, in a non-stick pan, with olive oil.

Add the chicory and sauté for a couple of minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
