Preparation
Frying pan: Pour half a bag of fine peas into the pan, adding four tablespoons of water, a little oil and a pinch of salt. Cover with a lid and cook over a medium-high flame for 10 minutes or to taste.
Saucepan: Pour the contents of the bag into boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes from when the water recommences boiling or to taste.
Microwave: Pour 300 g of the frozen product into a microwave safe container with lid, adding ½ glass of water and salt to taste. Cook at 850 Watt (high power) for about 8 minutes, mixing halfway through cooking. Drain and season as required.
