Borlotti Beans

Preparation

Saucepan: Pour the contents of the bag into boiling salted water and cook for around 8-10 minutes after the water recommences boiling or in any case, until cooked to taste.

Microwave: Pour 300 g of the frozen product into a microwave safe container with lid, adding 500 g water and salt to taste. Cook at 850 Watt (high power) for about 7-8 minutes, mixing halfway through. Drain and season as required.
